BLOC Music Theatre

BLOC Music Theatre is a multi award-winning amateur theatre company now proudly in its 50th year of entertaining the Ballarat community.
Lab4 is proud to have a ongoing relationship with BLOC:
We started with an initial project provided BLOC Music Theatre an enhanced website - user content management, events calendar, email newsletter subscription list management and archival list of productions - as well as a graphics refresh more aligned to the nature and "spirit" of the Theatre Company.  Committee members have ability to update their own content as often as required, and have an extendable platform for any future development.
We subsequently developed a number of enhancements to the site - to solve specific business issues, including an integrated and semi automated sponsors mechanism - which automates the placement of sponsers logos around the site, and galleries for images from stage productions.
We have also developed a significant "behind the scenes" application, that provides a platform for managing the audition booking process - moving it from a manual phone based process to a flexible inline audition booking system.
We are very proud of our work on the BLOC site - and hope to continue our close support of BLOC for many years to come.
