We can offer a wide range of services, but our specialty is providing solid, practical advice and solutions to small business owners.
Our prices are not fixed, and can vary based on your needs. We can custom build to give you the best bang for your buck.
Our Policies:
- We will not sell you something you dont need. We believe you should start small - and build up when and if it suits your business.
- We believe in giving value for money, and getting you return on your investment.
- We want to support your business as a trusted partner, for the long term.
- THERE ARE NO DUMB QUESTIONS: Your plumber does not expect you to know everything about plumbing, and your electrician does not expect you to know everything about wiring your house... And we don't expect you to know all about about web site design development and hosting - that's why we are here! We are happy to explain or investigate any of your questions for you, and we want to make sure you are satisfied with the answers.
Our Prices:
All quotes are based on you individual requirements, after we get to know your business and your business needs. The following information will give you some starting points:

- All Prices in Aussie Dollars (AUD). We quote before we start, and we DISCUSS the quote with you in detail, so that you know what to expect for your money.
- Design and Build Services are available independantly if you want to host and maintain your own site.
- Hosting and Maintenance charges includes cost component for 3rd Party Hosting, and small allowance for Lab4 to monitor site and apply any security updates or mandatory patches as required.
Hosting charges are based on amount of data stored, uploaded and downloaded from site, and how many users and visitors your site gets. - We assume you have your own artwork/logo/graphics/photography etc already (from existing stationery etc.) but if you don't, no problem, we can help with that as well.
- Site enhancements are additional - please talk to us about additional functions or site design overhauls. We have a structured pricing schedule for enhancements, ranging from a minor enhancement ($100) through, to major additional functionality or site overhauls.
